How do I register to vote?

-Register in person at the voting station in the voting district where you live during general voter registration days.

-Register any time during business hours at your local Independent Electoral Commission (IEC).
* Take your ID with you.
* Complete the relevant application form.
* A sticker with the voting district number on it will be placed in your ID
* You are responsible for checking your details on the voters roll before elections.

    can one register to vote online?what about people that are incapacitated? or who resides very far from the registration centres?

    can one vote more than once in a local government elections?in your area of residence and in another ward where you own property?

    if so,how does one go about it?
